Is this a rigid wrist brace?
No. This is a flexible compression sleeve without a rigid splint. Choose a structured brace if your clinician has recommended immobilization.
Does the package include one sleeve or two?
The package contains one pair, for a total of two sleeves.
Can either sleeve be worn on either hand?
The sleeves use an ambidextrous shape and may be worn on the left or right wrist.
How do I choose my size?
Open the size guide beside the size selector. The available supplier measurements are flat sleeve dimensions, not wrist circumference. If you are unsure, contact Gelpax before ordering rather than guessing. Your first size replacement is free within 90 days of delivery; see the fit guarantee for details.
Is this a carpal tunnel wrist brace?
No. This is a flexible wrist compression sleeve, not a splint that holds your wrist in a neutral position. Carpal tunnel syndrome may require a different kind of support. We have not established this sleeve as a treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome. Ask your clinician which support is appropriate, especially if you have numbness, tingling or weakness.
Can I use it for wrist tendonitis or arthritis?
Wrist tendonitis (also called tendinitis) and arthritis can require different care. This sleeve is sold for general support; it has not been established as a treatment for these conditions. Ask your clinician whether flexible compression is suitable for you, and do not replace a recommended brace or treatment with this sleeve.
Can I sleep in these sleeves?
We do not recommend overnight wear without guidance from your clinician and suitable product instructions. These sleeves do not provide the wrist-position control of a structured nighttime brace.
Will the sleeve slip, feel tight or irritate my skin?
Fit and comfort vary. Do not choose a smaller size to force stronger compression. Stop using the sleeve if it causes discomfort, numbness, swelling or skin irritation. Contact us for sizing help or to use your first-size replacement or satisfaction return.
What is the return policy?
