Shipping gel pack questions
What is the difference between the two materials?
Standard packs use a laminated/poly exterior. Non-woven packs add a moisture-resistant outer material that helps limit surface condensation. Their available weights and case quantities differ.
How many gel packs come in a case?
Case quantities range from 7 to 192 packs, depending on the exact option. Open the size selector to see the quantity for each pack.
Which 6×10 pack should I request?
The standard 6×10×1-inch pack is 18 oz with 32 packs per case. The non-woven 6×10-inch pack is 32 oz with 18 packs per case. Select the material and weight you need.
Can I use these ice packs for shipping food?
Shipping gel packs can form part of an insulated food-shipping configuration. Tell us the food, required temperature and transit conditions so the complete configuration can be evaluated.
Can you quote a custom size or recurring order?
Yes. Choose help selecting a size and describe the dimensions or recurring quantities in your shipment notes. Availability and order requirements are confirmed in your quote.
