This policy describes how Gelpax LLC ("Gelpax," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit gelpax.com, use our connected Shopify checkout, request samples or a quote, place an order, or communicate with our team. It applies to the US website, not gelpax.ca.

Information we collect

• Contact and account information: your name, company, email address, telephone number, account details, and billing and shipping addresses.
• Orders and inquiries: products, quantities, order history, payment status, shipping details, returns, quote requests, sample requests, and artwork or instructions you provide.
• Communications and preferences: emails, messages, customer call recordings and transcripts, customer-service notes, marketing consent records, and subscription or opt-out preferences.
• Website activity: IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referral sources, advertising interactions, and approximate location derived from an IP address.

We receive information directly from you, automatically through our website and tracking technologies, and from service providers involved in payments, fulfillment, marketing, and customer support. Payments are handled through Shopify and payment providers; their handling of payment information is also subject to their own notices. Please do not send patient records or other sensitive medical information with artwork or inquiries.

How we use information

We use information to process orders and payments, prepare artwork and quotes, deliver products, provide support, manage returns, maintain customer relationships, prevent fraud, improve our website, measure advertising performance, and comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations. We also use contact information for marketing where permitted and subject to your choices.

We use Shopify for commerce and checkout, Google Analytics for website measurement, Google Ads for advertising and conversion measurement, and Klaviyo and HubSpot for marketing, customer communications, and relationship management. These services may process contact information, order details, device identifiers, or interaction data according to their roles and our configuration.

We also disclose information as needed to payment processors, carriers, fulfillment partners, hosting and technology providers, and professional advisers. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable law.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies support site functionality, analytics, and advertising. Advertising-related disclosures of identifiers and browsing activity may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws, even without a monetary payment.

Email and text messages

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Where you opt in to marketing texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact our team. We may still send non-marketing communications necessary to service your orders.

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Service providers may process this information to deliver messages and administer your preferences on our behalf.

Customer call recordings and transcripts

We record and transcribe customer calls. Recordings capture your voice and the information discussed during a call; transcripts contain a written version of that conversation. These records support our handling of inquiries, orders, follow-up, and customer service.

Calling, transcription, and customer-management service providers may process these records on our behalf. Recordings and transcripts are subject to the retention, security, and privacy-rights provisions in this policy. Please avoid sharing payment card details, patient records, or other sensitive information in a recorded conversation.

This policy does not itself constitute consent to recording. Call recording and transcription are subject to any notice and consent required by applicable law. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including order support, legal and tax obligations, resolving disputes, and maintaining suppression records to respect opt-outs. Retention depends on the type of information and the reason it is held. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system or transmission method is completely secure.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain processing, including sale, sharing, and targeted advertising.
