How big are these ice packs?
Each pack measures 3" x 5". The gallery shows all six available gel colors.
Can I order these custom ice packs in bulk?
Yes. Choose 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 custom-printed packs, packed in cases of 125. Full-color printing and an artwork proof are included. The first option has no free cases; each subsequent option adds one more free case, up to 4 free cases on the largest option. Bonus-case shipping is included.
Do I need my artwork ready before ordering?
No. After purchasing, reply to your confirmation email with your artwork attached as a PNG, JPG, or vector file. We will send your proof within 8 business hours of receiving your artwork. Nothing prints until you approve.
What’s included in the price?
Your selected quantity of gel packs, full-color custom printing, and a free artwork proof. No setup fees. Shipping is shown separately at $15 per box; sales tax is calculated at checkout. Qualifying orders include the free bonus packs shown above, with bonus-pack shipping included. No coupon needed.
When will my order arrive?
Most custom orders ship within 10 business days after proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional. If you have an event or clinic deadline, call before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.
What if there’s a problem with my custom order?
