What part of specimen transport packaging do you supply?
This page focuses on shipping gel packs and insulated outer supplies. It is not an offer of a complete specimen containment system, sample collection tubes or a lab testing service.
Can I request cold packs for specimen shipping?
Yes. Send the dimensions, refrigerant weight, material and amount required by your lab’s packing plan. Suitability depends on the full shipment setup and your lab’s instructions.
Does a gel pack or foam cooler make a shipment UN3373 compliant?
No. A cold pack or cooler alone does not establish transport compliance. Your trained shipping team must classify the shipment and confirm all required packaging, marking and handling before use.
Can the same pack cool a test kit and its return shipment?
Do not assume so. Share the needs for each leg separately, including the payload and temperature range. Your lab should approve and test the packing setup for each intended use.
Can I request repeat orders for diagnostic kit assembly?
Yes. Share the pack specification, monthly kit count, packs per kit and delivery ZIP. We can quote supply quantities and discuss repeat deliveries around your assembly schedule.
What information should I leave out of the inquiry?
Do not include patient names, health details, specimen IDs or results. The quote needs supply specifications, quantities, temperature requirements and business delivery details.
