These terms describe the use of gelpax.com and purchases from Gelpax LLC ("Gelpax," "we," "us," or "our") through this US website and its connected checkout. Review them with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you order for a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Using our website

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement and provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and order information. Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Do not use the site for unlawful activity, submit content that infringes others' rights, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Products, prices, and orders

Product descriptions, availability, prices, and promotions may change for future orders. Prices on the US store are in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are disclosed during checkout or in your written quote. A quote request is not an order, and an automated receipt acknowledges that an order was received, not that production or shipment has occurred.

If a material pricing, availability, or product-information error affects your order, we will contact you to confirm a correction or cancellation rather than impose an unapproved price increase or substitution. Payments collected for a cancelled order will be refunded as applicable. An expressly agreed written quote or order specification controls the specific matters it addresses.

Custom artwork and proof approval

You are responsible for having permission to use the logos, artwork, trademarks, and other materials you submit. You authorize Gelpax and its production providers to use those materials to prepare proofs and fulfill your order; this does not transfer ownership or grant permission to use your branding in our advertising.

The customer or the customer's authorized representative must review and approve the artwork proof, including spelling, contact details, design, placement, and order specifications. Tell our team about needed changes before approval. Screen displays may not reproduce printed colors exactly; discuss any critical color or placement requirements before approving production. This does not excuse products materially different from the agreed specifications or approved proof.

Cancellations and custom production

Standard, non-custom orders may be cancelled for a full refund before fulfillment begins. Custom orders may be cancelled before artwork approval and production begins. Once a proof has been approved or production has begun, cancellation is not guaranteed. Any refund offered after production begins may be reduced by artwork, setup, materials, labor, or production costs already incurred, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping Policy and the details provided at checkout or in your quote for charges and estimated timing. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, production and delivery dates are estimates. Provide a complete delivery address and contact us promptly about delays, loss, or damage. Product-specific delivery protections and any non-waivable legal rights remain in effect.

Returns, defects, and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy provides the full eligibility rules, product-specific protections, return procedure, and shipping-cost responsibilities. In summary:

• Eligible non-custom consumer and recovery products: return requests within 90 calendar days after delivery, subject to the policy's condition and completeness requirements. The published D2C first-size replacement guarantee and product-specific protections also apply.
• Blank bulk products: returns within 30 calendar days after delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging, subject to the published conditions.
• Custom products: no ordinary returns for buyer's remorse, changed preferences, or errors in customer-supplied artwork or information. Report damage, defects, material differences from the approved proof, or Gelpax production errors within 10 calendar days after delivery for review and an appropriate resolution.

Contact us for authorization before sending products back. Customers pay return postage for ordinary preference-based returns; Gelpax covers reasonable return or replacement costs for confirmed damage, defects, or fulfillment errors and where a published guarantee provides otherwise. Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return. Special rules for undelivered orders are stated in the returns policy. Nothing here removes remedies required by law.

Samples and promotions

Sample offers and discount codes are subject to the eligibility, availability, exclusions, and expiration terms stated with the offer. A free sample offer does not mean shipping is free unless expressly stated. Applicable charges must be disclosed before you place the order.

Product use

Follow the product instructions and warnings. Website information is not medical advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Stop using damaged products and contact our team with safety concerns. Cold-chain packaging performance depends on the product, packing method, transit conditions, and other factors; validate suitability for your shipment unless a specific performance commitment has been agreed in writing.

Communications

We record and transcribe customer calls as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to any notice and consent required by applicable law. Accepting these website terms does not replace any required call-specific consent. You may contact us by email instead of telephone.

We may contact you to service an order or inquiry. Marketing emails and texts are subject to your preferences, consent where required, and our Privacy Policy. For opted-in marketing texts, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Website content and third-party services

Gelpax and its licensors retain rights in website text, images, branding, and other content. You may use the site to learn about and purchase our products, but may not reproduce protected content commercially without permission. External services, including payment services, may have separate applicable terms.

Legal rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, applicable product warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by Texas law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live.

We may update these terms for future transactions. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order without agreement or a legal requirement. Contact our team first if you have an order concern so we can work toward a resolution.
