Do I receive one knee sleeve or a pair?
One sleeve in your selected size and color. The $79.99 offer includes one sleeve, not a pair. There is no subscription.
How do I choose M, L or XL?
Wrap a flexible tape around your bare knee across the center of the kneecap. Keep it level and comfortably snug, without pressing into the skin. Choose M for approximately 30–36 cm, L for 36–42 cm, or XL for 42–48 cm. The size guide includes a measuring illustration and inches/cm toggle. At a shared boundary or if unsure, ask Gelpax before ordering. Never choose a smaller size just to force a tighter fit.
What if I choose the wrong size?
Contact Gelpax within 90 calendar days after delivery. Your first replacement in another available size of the same product is free, including US shipping. If we need the original returned, we provide a prepaid label. If no suitable alternative size is available, contact us to arrange a purchase-price refund under the fit guarantee.
Is this a rigid or hinged knee brace?
No. This is a knitted knee support with a shaped patella area and lower adjustment strap. It is not sold as a hinged, immobilizing or post-operative brace. Follow the product instructions supplied with your sleeve.
Is it a treatment for knee arthritis or patellar tendonitis?
We have not established this product as a treatment for knee arthritis, patellar tendonitis or an injury. It is offered for general support. Ask your clinician which kind of support is appropriate for your situation; do not replace prescribed treatment or a recommended brace with this sleeve.
Can I wear it during activity or overnight?
