Two measurements help match this sleeve to your leg. Measure on bare skin with a flexible tape, snug without pressing into your skin.
- Upper leg: find the point 5 inches above your kneecap, then measure all the way around your leg there.
- Lower leg: find the point 5 inches below your kneecap, then measure all the way around your leg there.
The 5-inch distance locates the measuring point. Enter the circumference around your leg—not the 5-inch distance.
No flexible tape?
Use non-stretch string at each measuring point. Mark where it meets, then measure that length with a ruler.

An exterior dial connects to crisscross cables running through fabric-mounted guides along the side of the sleeve.
Shaped kneecap coverage
A textured oval panel covers the front of the knee, surrounded by contrasting knit. This is not an open-patella brace.
Knitted upper and lower coverage
The sleeve extends above and below the knee with finished ribbed edges. Left and right versions have different orientations.

How is it different from the patella-support sleeve?
This model uses a dial-and-cable system along the side. Our other patella-support sleeve uses a lower adjustment strap. Each has its own fit chart; do not transfer your size between products automatically.
Which leg do I select?
Select the leg you intend to wear it on. Left and right versions are sold separately. The gallery shows the product design and does not mirror with your choice.
Is this a hinged knee brace?
No. It is a knitted sleeve with dial fastening, not a hinged or immobilizing brace. Do not substitute it for a prescribed brace.
Is it latex-free?
It is not established as latex-free. Do not use if you have a latex allergy. Stop use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
What if the size does not fit?
