How do I choose between L and XL?
Measure around your waist at belly-button level. L fits approximately 34.6–38.6 inches; XL fits 38.6–42.5 inches. Do not choose by pants size or by the belt’s total length. If you are at a boundary, ask Gelpax before ordering.
Is this belt for men and women?
Yes. Choose by waist circumference rather than gender. Only L and XL are currently offered; it is not a universal-size belt.
What if the size is not right?
Contact Gelpax within 90 days after delivery. Your first replacement in another available size is free, including US shipping. If no suitable size is available, our fit policy includes a purchase-price refund. If a return is required for that fit claim, we provide a prepaid label.
How does the adjustment work?
The broad wrap closure fastens around the waist. Separate outer pull straps add another adjustment point at the front. The fit should be comfortable, not restrictive. Stop use if it causes pain, numbness or irritation.
Is it latex-free?
It has not been established as latex-free. Do not use it if you have a latex allergy.
Can I use it to treat an injury or lift heavier?
This belt is not a substitute for a prescribed brace or permission to lift heavier. We do not promise treatment of back conditions or prevention of injury. Ask your clinician if a support belt is appropriate for you.
