If the fit is off, your first replacement in another available size is on us—including US shipping.

Do I choose a left or right version?
No separate left/right selection is needed. Each size option includes a complete pair.
How do I choose a size?
Use the US shoe-size chart for men and women. M: men 5.5–9, women 7–10.5. L: men 9.5–12, women 11–13.5. XL: men 12.5–15, women 14–16.5. Contact Gelpax if you are between sizes or unsure.
Does it have straps or a rigid support?
No. This is a flexible pull-on knit sleeve, not a lace-up or rigid ankle brace. It has an open toe and covered heel.
Is it latex-free?
Latex-free status has not been established for this model. Do not use it if you have a latex allergy.
Can it replace a prescribed support?
No. Follow your clinician’s advice for an injury or medical condition and do not replace prescribed support with this sleeve. Follow the instructions supplied with the product; stop use if discomfort, numbness or irritation occurs.
What if my pair does not fit?
