Removable aluminum splint
The contoured splint sits in a fabric pocket along the palm side of the brace. It is part of the brace, not a separate accessory pack.
Flexible support strip
A second, flexible plastic strip complements the rigid splint. The two components have different shapes and functions within the wrap.
Mesh and wraparound fastenings
Visible mesh panels, bound edges and hook-and-loop tabs surround the wrist. The broad outer strap adds a separate adjustment point.

Does this include one brace or a pair?
Start with one black brace for $59.99 in your selected hand and size. Optionally add the opposite-hand brace at half price: $30.00 more, or $89.99 for both after cent rounding. Choose each size separately. One discounted second brace per order; taxes are calculated at checkout.
How does the opposite-hand offer work?
Choose your first hand and size, then select the half-price add-on. If your first brace is for the right hand, the second is for the left; if your first is left, the second is right. The second starts at the same size, but you can change it independently. Uncheck the add-on to order just one brace. Refunds reflect the amount paid.
Does the same brace fit both hands?
No. Choose Left hand or Right hand for the hand you will wear it on. This is not necessarily your dominant hand. Then choose S, M or L.
What if I fall between the listed sizes?
Contact Gelpax before choosing. The published ranges leave gaps between 15–16 cm and 18–19 cm, and L has no confirmed maximum. We will not recommend a size by guessing across those gaps.
How do the straps fasten?
Open the fastenings, position the thumb in the opening, close the three tabs, then secure the broad outer strap. Follow the instructions supplied with your brace. Keep the fit comfortable and stop using it if it causes pain, numbness or irritation.
Is the splint removable?
Yes. The construction includes a removable contoured aluminum splint and a flexible plastic support strip. Follow the supplied instructions for removal and refitting; do not force or reshape the components.
Is it latex-free?
Latex-free status has not been verified for this model. Do not use it if you have a latex allergy.
Can it replace a prescribed brace or be worn overnight?
Do not replace a prescribed support or assume overnight suitability. Ask your clinician which support and wearing schedule are appropriate. We do not promise treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis or injuries.
What happens if it does not fit?
Contact Gelpax within 90 days after delivery. Your first replacement in another available size is free, including US shipping. If there is no suitable alternative size, our fit policy includes a purchase-price refund. If a return is required for a fit claim, we provide a prepaid label.
What if I change my mind?
