How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our typical lead time is 10 business days plus transit time. Transit time will take 1-5 business days depending on where you are in North America. If you are looking to place an order that is over 5000 units, please contact us for an updated lead time.

How does the ordering process work?
Once the order is placed and paid for and your artwork is submitted, we will send a virtual proof for your approval before putting it into production. It's just that simple.

Which format should I send my logo in?
JPG or PNG is preferred, if you have an AI file even better.

What colors can you print in?
We can print in any color but white as we use a digital print process.

Is the gel flexible when frozen?
Yes, we have 2 types of gel. One of them freezes solid and one freezes soft.

Can your gel packs provide both hot and cold therapy?
Yes, you can heat and cool every product we make. Using the microwave or hot water is recommended for heating, freezer is recommended for cooling.

If someone ingests the contents of your product, is it safe?
Yes, our gel is non-toxic and made with food grade materials. Plus we're FDA registered so you can be sure that our products are top quality.

What happens if I don't have a logo or specific design?
You can put plain text on your artwork or we can work with you to find the right design for your practice. Designing a new logo may involve additional charges but it's worth a chat before you place your order.
